We build products designed to withstand the surprises that come with traveling. If your product experiences functional damage, our policy is simple: we repair it first, and replace it if we can't.
Lifetime Guarantee
MITAA luggage is covered by a lifetime guarantee for the following functional components:
- Trolley system
- Wheels
- Wheel caps
- Carry handles
- Main zipper puller
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects as well as damage or failure resulting from normal and regular use of the luggage.
Where a covered component becomes damaged, worn or no longer functions properly through ordinary use, MITAA will repair or replace the affected component, subject to inspection and the availability of replacement parts.
What Is Not Covered
The lifetime guarantee does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse or neglect
- Accidents or deliberate damage
- Overloading the luggage
- Improper handling or use outside the product's intended purpose
- Unauthorised repairs, alterations or modifications
- Damage caused by airlines, airports or other third parties
The guarantee also does not cover cosmetic wear, including scratches, scuffs, dents, stains, fading or other changes in appearance that do not affect the functionality of the luggage.
How to Submit a Claim
To submit a claim, please contact our support team through WhatsApp or email using the support mobile number or email address listed on our website. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, photographs of the affected component and any other information reasonably required to assess the claim.
The lifetime guarantee applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. "Lifetime" refers to the reasonable useful life of the product.
