MITAA currently delivers exclusively within Saudi Arabia.
Delivery Timeframes
- Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam: 1-2 business days
- Other cities and regions: 3-5 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and apply to business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our fulfilment facility, you will automatically receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a secure tracking link.
You can use this link to view your package's delivery status and transit updates through our logistics partner.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your delivery address, city, neighbourhood and mobile phone number are entered correctly when placing your order.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times.
If you are unavailable or cannot be reached, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
